No, there is no fee associated with ordering online and picking up in store.


Is There a Minimum Spend Requirement to Buy Online & Pick Up in Store?

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. The only requirement is that the store you are ordering from must have the items in stock.


I Want to Change My Pick-Up Location, But I've Already Made My Order. What Do I Do?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and recorded, we cannot alter the pick-up location. You may cancel the order and make a new order with the correct store by calling our Customer Service team at 1-833-848-4437.


Are Substitutions Allowed If an Item is Out of Stock?

Giant Tiger does not offer substitutions for out-of-stock items.


Why Was My Order Cancelled or Partially Fulfilled?

Orders may be cancelled or partially fulfilled if items are unavailable or if the order is not picked up within five days. Orders cannot be held or extended beyond this timeframe.


I Placed My Order More Thank 24 Hours Ago but Haven't Received Any Updates. What Should I Do?

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Ready for Pick-Up?

At checkout, you'll see an estimated pick-up time for your order. Orders placed before 12 p.m., are eligible for same-day pick-up, some exceptions may apply. Please check "My Account" for updated order information. 


When Will I Know My Order is Ready for Pick-Up at the Store?

You will receive an email confirmation stating your order is ready to be picked up with all the necessary information.


Where Do I Go in Store to Pick Up My Item(s)?

Once you have received a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick-up, please proceed to the store you purchased your order from.

For in-store pick-up, your order confirmation will detail where to go in the store to pick up your order. Please be prepared to provide government-issued identification to confirm the designated pick-up person’s identity. You may show your confirmation email via mobile device or a printed copy.


Can I Have Someone Pick Up My Order for Me?

Yes, we allow you to designate a pre-authorized pick-up person when you place your order.


How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Order at the Store?

Please pick up your order within five days. All products from orders older than five days will be returned to the sales floor and a refund will be processed.


What Happens If an Item is Missing from My Order?

If an item is missing from your store pick-up order, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the matter with our store to determine the status of the missing item. We strive to resolve such issues promptly and will update you as soon as we receive a response from our Customer Service team.


What Should I Do if I Can't Pick Up My Order Within the 5-Day Window? Can I Extend the Pick-Up Timeframe?

Unfortunately, the 5-day pick-up window cannot be extended. If the order is not picked up within this time, it will be cancelled automatically, and you will not be charged. You may place a new order at any time.
