What is DoorDash?

DoorDash is a same-day grocery delivery service delivering fresh produce, pantry staples, beverages and household essentials to customers across Canada. DoorDash will connect you with a Dasher who will shop and deliver your groceries from your local Giant Tiger store directly to you. 

Delivery times vary based on store availability and location, with some stores offering rapid delivery in under an hour. Pricing, fees and selection depend on the store and region.  

Lottery, tobacco, Giant Tiger gift cards, third-party gift cards and/or postage will not be available for sale through DoorDash.

I Want to Return an Item from My DoorDash Order. How Do I Do This?

DoorDash offers free returns within 180 days: 

Simply return the item in its original packaging to the store and show your DoorDash receipt with your receipt for an in-store Giant Tiger gift card for the product’s current value – which may not be the same value as you paid. The in-store gift card can only be used at the issuing store location. No-receipt returns will require customer identification.
