Your birthday can only be added to your GT VIP account once. If you need to correct or update your birthday after it has been saved, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Our team will be happy to review and make any necessary changes.
How Do I Add My Birthday to My Account?
Select the GT VIP® logo in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select My Account. Scroll down to the GT VIP® Membership section, enter your birthday and select “Add Birthday”.
When Do I Need to Add My Birthday to My GT VIP® Profile to Get My Birthday Offer?
You must be a GT VIP® member and have your birthday entered in your account information at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of your birth month.
