How Do I Create a Giant Tiger Account? 

1. On desktop, select “Account” in the top right of your screen. On mobile, select the 3-line icon in the top right corner of your screen. Select “Login or Create an account”. Select “Join Now”. 
2. Enter your first and last name, email address and password. You have the option to opt in to receiving emails from Giant Tiger. You may unsubscribe at any time. 
3. Once your information has been added, select “Next”. 
4. Choose if you would like to become a member of the GT VIP^® Loyalty Program. If you do, verify your phone number (this will also be your loyalty number).  
5. Use the “Find a Store” feature by adding your postal code. Select your preferred store from a list of stores near you. You can update your preferred store at any time.  
6. Validate that you have read and agreed to Giant Tiger’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before proceeding. 
7. Select “Create my GT Account” to finish. 

How Do I Update My Account Information? 

1. On desktop, select the “Account” icon in the top right corner to log in to your account. On mobile, select the person icon at the top of your screen. The icon will turn yellow once you’re logged in.
2. Fill out your login information and select “Sign In”. 
3. In the “My Account” menu, select “Account information”. 
4. Select “Edit Account Information”.
5. Update your information and select “Save” once you are done. Note: Updating the information here will also update your GT VIP^® account. 

What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password?

Reset your password: 

1. On the Giant Tiger Account login page, select “Forgot your password?”.  
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. Select “Submit”. If your email address is registered with us, you will receive a link via email with prompts to reset your password.
