When Will I Know My Order is Ready for Pick-Up at the Store?

You will receive an email confirmation stating your order is ready to be picked up with all the necessary information.

Where Do I Go in Store to Pick Up My Item(s)?

After you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready to pick up, choose in-store pick-up.

For in-store pick-up, your order confirmation will detail where in the store to go to pick up your order. Please be prepared to provide government-issued ID to confirm the designated pick-up person’s identity. You may show your confirmation email via mobile device or a printed copy.

How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Order at the Store?

Please pick up your order within five days. All products from orders older than five days will be returned to the sales floor and a refund will be processed.
